Welcome Party
Thursday, August 4th
7:30-10pm
Come as you are
Join us at the Callicoon Hills Resort beer garden for drinks, appetizers, and a light meal
The Ceremony
Friday, August 5th
Starts at 5:30pm, please arrive no later than 5:15pm
Rain or Shine, Cocktail attire
A stroll down the hill from the resort, past the barn, down a path into the woods
Reception
6pm-11pm
After the ceremony, join us for cocktail hour on the barn veranda to be followed by dinner and dancing inside the barn
Disco Afterparty
11pm-2am
While the night has ended in the barn, we take the party back up the hill to the banquet hall!

Pool Party and Braai
Saturday, August 6th
2-6pm
Food will be served between 2:30-4pm
Join us for a South African Braai (a.k.a BBQ), drinks and pool party at the resort
Bride & Groom Farewell & (optional) Bike Ride
Sunday, August 7th
12-2pm
Cochecton Pump House
No weekend would be complete without a bike ride!
Join us on your bike at 10:30am in the Callicoon parking lot outside the main building or meet us at the Cochecton Pump House between 12-2pm on your way out to say goodbye
